CBH Lands and Juniper Group operate as a licensed, research-based real estate development and investment group in Sri Lanka. We specialize in investment land developments in Kurunegala and tourism-based villa developments in Southern Sri Lanka, serving the local Sri Lankan market in full compliance with national regulations.

Our approach is grounded in data-driven location selection, infrastructure readiness, and long-term market demand. From lands located near major highway interchanges in Kurunegala to tourism villa developments in Ahangama, Hiriketiya, and Unawatuna, etc, each project is selected and structured with a clear focus on growth potential and sustainability.

Our History

Ceylon Brand House (Pvt) Ltd, under which CBH Lands and Juniper Group operate, was established in 2015 as a real estate investment, development, and sales company.

The company initially focused on residential and commercial land developments in Kurunegala, supported by emerging infrastructure such as expressways and regional connectivity improvements. From the outset, the business adopted a highly selective land acquisition strategy, ensuring that every project demonstrates strong fundamentals for long-term appreciation.

Each land parcel introduced to the market is personally evaluated and selected by the Founder Chairman and Deputy Chairman, following extensive due diligence.

Planning, Development & Compliance

All projects are planned, developed, and delivered in strict compliance with the guidelines and approvals of relevant authorities, including:

1. Urban Development Authority (UDA)

2. Provincial Councils and Local Authorities

3. National Water Supply & Drainage Board

4. Ceylon Electricity Board

5. Road Development Authority

6. Agricultural and Irrigation Authorities (where applicable)

Project planning, approvals, and execution are governed by an internal project management framework, ensuring consistency, quality, and regulatory adherence across all developments.
